Location
     Penn Township has light industrial pad-ready sites with great transportation access. Within months, the Route 22 project will have four lanes open from Route 48 in Monroeville to Route 66 in Delmont.
     With this great transportation improvement, rail service and interstate access is nearby and will provide companies with great opportunities to connect with suppliers and distributors throughout the Pittsburgh region and the country from a location in Bushy Run Corporate Park.
